Community Review
We discussed the plan for the possibility of a new housing development. Reviewed the pros and cons of having an HOA during this process. We decided to keep the HOA in place until further discussions are warranted.
Community Improvements
We discussed the addition of a ‘Slow Down’ sign to be installed approximately 15’ before the speed bumps. Need to verify what utilities, if any, may be in the vicinity prior to knocking post into the ground.
2023 Budget Review/2024 Projections
We discussed our 2023 budget and 2024 overview. No changes were considered to be necessary. We will continue to monitor this in future meetings.
2024 Board of Directors
Two of the three Board members will continue to serve in the same capacities for 2024.

Mark - President
Tony will be the only newcomer to the board and serve as Treasurer in 2024.
We have determined that we do not want to accept the 'swamp land' that Jim Adams has offered our HOA as our open space. Mark will meet with Jim Adams as well as the townhouse HOA to discuss other options.
We have decided to purchase and install two speed bumps. David will check availability at Lowes for discount.
We have decided to purchase private road sign(s) to install. David will check Lowe's for availability and possible discount.
We have decided to have a community sign installed at the corner by Robert's property. Claude will work on the design.

We have decided to keep the HOA in place at least until the completion of the new neighborhood.
A Meeting for updated information about the new neighborhood will be scheduled as the project progresses. Mark will schedule with at least a two week notice.
