According to the Clubhouse Villas HOA Covenants, under Article V: Architectural Committee: no lot preparation, construction, erection, installation should be made to any home without the express written request and approval of the Clubhouse Villas Architectural Committee.

To streamline the review & approval of all lot modification requests, below is an Architectural Review Committee (ARC) form. All modification requests should be submitted to either our email address or any Board member.
The form will be provided to the Architectural Review Committee for review & approval. Only once this form is submitted to you, with the final written decision, may any approved lot modifications be made.
Per the covenants, you will receive a response in writing within 30-days of submitting the Architectural Committee Review.

Conflict of interest notice:
The Architectural Committee members may not review or approve their own ARC requests. In the event a member submits a request, a Board member will be assigned to provide the necessary 3rd vote.
Building permits notice:
It is the responsibility of the homeowner to determine if a structure requires a building permit. Approval of the Clubhouse Villas HOA does not guarantee a permit will be issued or approved by the Town of Wake Forest. You should contact the Town of Wake Forest to learn more: 919-435-9530.
